The Indian Supercross Racing League has quickly become one of the most thrilling additions to India’s sporting landscape. Designed for high-speed action and built around the adrenaline of off-road motorcycle racing, the league brings together top riders, challenging tracks, and a spectator experience that blurs the line between sport and spectacle. Even for those who don’t follow motorsports closely, ISRL is hard to ignore; its pace, energy, and stadium-style racing make it an instant crowd-puller.

This year, Quidich Innovation Labs brought its lens to this electrifying world for the very first time. In collaboration with our client RISE Worldwide, we entered the realm of motorsports with a deployment that marked a major milestone for us. Round 1 of the Indian Supercross Racing League Season 2, held at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Mahalunge, Pune, became the stage for our newest chapter.

At the heart of this tournament was the FPV CopterQam, Quidich’s high-performance FPV drone system, known for delivering dynamic, close-range cinematic angles. While CopterQam has captured everything from cricketing moments to complex live-event environments, this was its debut in the world of dirt bike racing. Bringing an FPV drone into a sport defined by speed, unpredictability, and constant motion required thoughtful planning, coordination with the on-ground crew, and an understanding of how to elevate the broadcast without interrupting the athletes’ rhythm.

From 25th to 26th October 2025, the CopterQam soared over the dirt track, gliding effortlessly past obstacles, jumps, and tight turns. Its agility brought a fresh visual language to motorsport coverage, revealing the excitement of racing in a way India hadn’t experienced before, hugging the action at eye level, following riders as they accelerated into corners, and providing an immersive perspective that traditional cameras simply can’t achieve. Every flight brought a new way to see the sport, and with it, a new way for fans to experience the rush of Supercross.

For Quidich, this wasn’t just another deployment. It was our entry point into Indian motorsport, a space filled with creative possibilities and technical challenges we’re excited to explore further. And with CopterQam making its league and racing debut at ISRL Season 2, we’re proud to have added a new dimension to the broadcast and to the storytelling of this fast-growing sport.

As the league continues its journey, we look forward to being part of the ride, capturing speed, scale, and pure adrenaline, one frame at a time.
